Once again, we offer a delicious New Year’s menu for collection in Aalborg. Everything is prepared, so you can spend time with your guests instead of in the kitchen.

Our New Year’s menu is made in collaboration with our sister restaurant Struktur and can be collected at Textur in Aalborg. Order your New Year’s menu in Aalborg today!

The package includes snacks to start the evening, homemade sourdough baguette and traditionally churned butter, and a four-course menu. Everything is prepared, so you only need to add the finishing touches on the night. All of this for DKK 500 per person. The last chance to order is 30 December at 12 noon. We recommend ordering well in advance, as quantities are limited and we usually sell out.

Your order confirmation may have landed in your spam or junk folder. Please check there first. If you still cannot find it, email nytaar@restauranttextur.dk and we will help.

Where and when do I collect my New Year’s menu?

Collect your New Year’s menu at Textur, Østre Havnegade 28, 9000 Aalborg, on 31 December between 10:00 and 12:00. The entrance is on the corner where Østre Havnegade turns around the building. There are two car parks within 50 metres of the restaurant. Get directions on Google Maps. Unfortunately, earlier collection is not available.

Can I change my order?

We are happy to help with changes until 27 December at 12 noon. To add more menus, place a new order on the website and email both order numbers to nytaar@restauranttextur.dk so we can combine them. To reduce the number of menus, email your request to nytaar@restauranttextur.dk. After 27 December at 12 noon we cannot guarantee changes, but you are welcome to email us and we will do our best to help.

When is the last chance to order?

The last chance to order is 30 December at 12 noon. Quantities are limited and we usually sell out before then, so we recommend ordering well in advance.

Can I order a gluten-free New Year’s menu?

Yes, we can prepare a gluten-free version of the New Year’s menu. Order on the website, then email nytaar@restauranttextur.dk with your order number and the number of gluten-free menus required.

Can I order the menu without fish or shellfish?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the New Year’s menu without fish or shellfish.

Is there a vegan or vegetarian version?
